By accessing or using Shrivo, you agree to these Terms of Service. Shrivo provides web-based document editing, image compression, format conversion, and utility software designed for local browser execution. If you do not agree with these terms, please discontinue use of the application.

You retain 100% ownership, copyright, and full title to all files, documents, images, and data processed using Shrivo. Because all operations run locally on your device, Shrivo acquires zero rights, license, access, or ownership over your content.

You agree to use Shrivo only for lawful purposes. You must not attempt to use the platform to process malware payloads, infringe on third-party copyrights, or bypass system controls. Users are solely responsible for ensuring they possess legal rights to edit or convert the files they upload into browser memory.

Shrivo performs computations inside your local web browser. Consequently, processing speeds and file capacity depend on your physical device hardware (CPU and RAM). Shrivo is provided on an 'as-is' and 'as-available' basis without warranties of uninterrupted uptime.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Shrivo and its maintainers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from lost files, corrupt local browser caches, or device hardware limitations during file processing.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of Shrivo following posted updates constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
